BMF CONJUGATE: 5-Week Conjugate Training Block

Strength and conditioning are extremely complementary. Training both will make you a well-rounded powerhouse prepared for any circumstance. This 5-week BMF training program was written on that premise, providing an introduction to the conjugate system made famous by Louie Simmons at Westside Barbell.

The program incorporates dynamic effort training to enhance power and speed, max effort training sessions for absolute strength development, and endurance training to bolster work capacity and stamina. 

This program will not only build strength but also build the conditioning necessary to effectively demonstrate that strength.

Chris Skinner, a former Army Green Beret with 12 years of military service, has always been devoted to strength and conditioning.
